We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and institutional purchase orders. Payment instructions will be provided during the registration process.
All fees are quoted in USD. If paying in a different currency, the exchange rate at the time of payment will apply.
Cancellations received before April 30, 2026 are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations between May 1-31 receive a 50% refund. No refunds after June 1, 2026. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
Official invitation letters for visa applications will be provided upon full payment of registration fees. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
